James Kelly

James joined Banks Kelly in 2022,  having completed his LPC with a Distinction from The University of Law. Prior to his LPC, James completed his degree in Law from the University of Reading.

James’ current role is a Trainee Solicitor. He has been working closely in the Family and Litigation departments. He has been assisting on various cases, including with the preparation of upcoming court proceedings. James has a particular interest in Family law, Contract law, and Business Crime matters.

Outside of work, James enjoys travelling with friends and family. He also follows many sports, in particular rugby which he has played from a young age, from which he has experienced two southern hemisphere tours.
