Dean is the Head of Property at Banks Kelly and deals with all areas of Commercial and Residential Property. Dean specialises in Commercial Development work and has been involved in many high value acquisitions and disposals.

Dean is often commended by clients on his excellent inter personal skills and his ability to take the commercial initiative with a hands on approach in meeting his clients' requirements. On a day to day basis, Dean is involved in Freehold Acquisitions and Disposals, Commercial Leases, Assignments, Landlord and Tenant work, Commercial Financing, and Corporate matters including mergers, share sales and purchases and joint venture agreements. Dean is also an expert in all Residential Property matters including Freehold, Leasehold (including s42 leasehold extensions), and Financing.

Educated in Thatcham, Berkshire, Dean left to obtain a Law Degree at Coventry University and then to undertake the Legal Practice Course at Bournemouth University.

Dean qualified as a solicitor in 2006 and spent his newly qualified years at a well-respected Commercial Property team at a market leading Bournemouth practice. Dean made the move to the City of London in May 2011 to lead the Property team at Banks Kelly.

Dean lives in North London and in his spare time enjoys keeping fit, golf and socialising with friends and family.
