Aidan Smith

Aidan started with Banks Kelly as a Paralegal in 2024. He studied Law at the University of Westminster achieving a 2:1. Aidan then obtained a Masters in Legal Practice at BPP Law School in 2023 specialising in: private acquisitions; corporate finance; and commercial law.

Aidan is presently working with the Property department, and enjoys practice within transactional areas. However he also has keen interest in commercial law and intellectual property, given the growing age of technology and AI; and assists in other departments as necessary.

For leisure, Aidan enjoys running and racquet sports. He competed in a long-distance race in 2024 to fundraise for Shelter UK and continues to take on new challenges where opportunities arise. He also plays squash regularly at a club in London.
